Alkalize or die
Environmental pollution, modern agricultural practices, smoking, stress, processed food, too much sugar and meat, coffee and alcohol over the years has taken a serious toll on our body’s biochemistry. When we are healthy our body works tirelessly to eliminate metabolic acidic toxins in order to protect our organs and fluids; for example our blood pH level must be sustained between 7.35 and 7.45 even if it means putting stress on other parts, such as leaching calcium from our bones or magnesium from our muscles in order to keep the blood alkaline.
The overload of the acidic toxins can overwhelm the body's ability to neutralize them. Its buffering system becomes deficient, the ph buffers such as alkaline minerals become depleted causing acids to build up and we begin to lose energy and vitality. We may experience weight gain, irritability, inflammation, poor circulation, acid reflux, irregular bowel movements, skin problems, allergies, joint pain, arthritis, gout and more. Over time the microforms and pathogens can start to grow and proliferate in the body. These critters such as fungi like yeasts and Candida and anaerobic bacteria like helicobacter pylori excrete even more toxins and acids into the system.
Urine pH and saliva pH tests are indicators for acid/alkaline balance in our body.
Now I can offer you this complementary test to check your acid /alkaline balance.
You can even test at home your drinking water, which should be alkaline (pH 7+).

Our environment is polluted with ionic metals and we are not even aware of their existence. They are unavoidable in our modern times; we are continually inhaling and ingesting acidic toxins present in water, dust, paint, soil, etc. They are the ionic- electrically charged metals such as lead, mercury, cadmium, and also iron, nickel, zinc and copper, which can stick to the cells, like hairs stick to a balloon, building up to toxic levels and increasing free radical production a million fold.
Free Radicals are molecules that are over-reactive because they are unbalanced electronically – with unpaired electrons. In attempting to become balanced they constantly steal electrons from the molecules that make up the cells in our bodies, destroying or damaging them.
The conversion of food into energy and heat (ATP activity) in our bodies is accomplished in tiny ‘spark plugs’ within each of our cells called mitochondria. When we are young we have up to 2000 of these spark plugs in every cell but as we age this is reduced to only 1000, a drop of 50%. A significant cause of this deterioration is the accumulation of destructive free radicals causing oxidative stress that disables enzymes and other chemicals. This results in reduced cellular metabolic activity, the accumulation of cellular debris, and eventual death of the cell.
Acidic toxins in the body create avalanches of free radicals since they have a large number of positively charged hydrogen ions in them. Every time when the molecule loses an electron; cell structure is damaged and the cell’s ability to function is reduced, and over time will cause extensive damage to cell’s mitochondria including DNA; also proteins and lipid cells membrane, resulting in inflammation, which causes gradual, progressive cellular havoc. The latest scientific research reveals that cellular inflammation is the basis of all kinds of diseases.
Oxygen is necessary for survival; it is a fuel that we burn in metabolic processes, creating the oxidation that produces the most detrimental hydroxyl radical.
Just as metal can rust with age, our bodies can “rust” due to damage from free radicals. Wherever this “rust” is in the arteries, brain, liver or pancreas, it will cause respectively arteriosclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, cirrhosis or diabetes.
Also in aged, wrinkled skin the cells become rigid due to that “rusting damage” caused by the free radicals.
Antioxidants are the body's major defense against free radicals and oxidative stress. They neutralize free radicals by supplying them with the electron they lack. There are various types of antioxidants; they are not all created equal. Examples of antioxidant nutrients are Vitamins A, C & E, minerals zinc and selenium and most importantly glutathione.
The glutathione works as the master antioxidant in our body, optimizes the white blood cells and detoxifies a long list of pollutants and acids, it also increases mitochondrial ATP activity while protecting the cell from oxidative stress.
Regardless of the type of free radical, glutathione has the ability to properly match up and neutralize it, thus increasing cellular protection and function. It recycles the other antioxidants, which are dependent upon the presence of glutathione to function properly.
People with high acidity often develop cellulite and experience difficulty in weight loss, even with a moderate calorie intake. The reason is that the fat in the body binds the overflowing acids and toxins. Your body simply dumps these poisons into fat cells in order to protect your organs and fluids. Cellulite that appears as fat dimples is the storage place of these toxins.
I can’t overstate the importance of the correction of acid-alkaline imbalances; it will not only improve your health and well- being, but it will help metabolize your body fat more efficiently. When your body becomes free of excess acidic toxins, there may be no reason to hold onto that excess fat.
In our more and more polluted environment, we need to be sure that ionic metals do not accumulate in our body, and that we can chelate and electromagnetically neutralize these metals.
The Ionic Heavy Metal Test (IHMT) was developed for the detection of ionic mercury, lead, zinc, copper, cadmium and other transition metals in our environment and our bodies. IHMT helps to evaluate and monitor the way in which the body copes with environmental, ionic, electromagnetically active metals.

(If you cannot click the full URL above, please copy and paste it into your web browser).
The Ionic Heavy Metal Test (IHMT) is now available in the clinic. This simple, fast and inexpensive chemical test visually proves to the patient how chelation works.
If I may be of assistance, I would be pleased to suggest the solution to chelate (make electrically neutral) your ionic heavy metals.
I will also provide you with guidelines towards a healthy lifestyle, which will help alkalize your body.
