Shirodhara Treatment

This also helps to unblock the subtle energies and channels situated along the spine to calm and clear the mind.

The flow of warm oil is maintained at a rhythmic speed with chanting. Through this process deep cognitive memories can be opened, the body and mind are rejuvenated and good health can be restored.
